Directors
Haresh Abhichandani born entrepreneur, endowed with strong business acumen and a sharp intellect. Since a young age of 15, he did a string of jobs before actually plunging into electronic components trading in the form on Millennium Semiconductors. He eventually partnered with Mr. Sachin Kukreja to set up the real estate development company – Millennium Developers. A Harvard graduate, Haresh proficiently looks after finance and marketing.
Haresh Abhichandani
A commerce graduate gifted with a strong entrepreneurial spirit, Sachin started out with the furnishing business and quickly diversified into civil and interior contracting work. His hard work, passion for excellence and focus on customer delight soon earned him goodwill in the marketplace. Moving on to the real estate segment, he worked as Partner in a renowned Construction firm, where he successfully managed the delivery of 8 projects aggregating to 3,70,000 SQF of space. Backed by this rich experience and insight, he established Millennium Developers in partnership with Mr.Haresh Abichandani. A successful team leader, smart businessperson and efficient administrator, Sachin handles multiple responsibilities including Planning, Operations, Finance, Legal, and Sales & Marketing. He is also proficient in the technical aspects of project planning.
